We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags within thirty (30) days of purchase for store credit in the form of a Pretty Neutral gift card only. We do not issue refunds, exchanges or cancel orders.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return or a refund of any kind. Final Sale items include the following:
Shoes MUST be returned in their original shoebox plus an additional box to protect the shoebox packaging.
To start a return, please click HERE. You will be directed to your account where you will be able to select your order and items for return. You will be given a packing slip and address for return, using the shipping carrier of your choosing. The cost of taxes, and any discount used will be deducted from your Pretty Neutral store credit.
You should receive your Pretty Neutral store credit within five (5) days after we process your return (processing time starts once your item arrives back to our address). You will be notified via email when your return has been processed and the store credit via Pretty Neutral store credit has been issued.
If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, you must notify us by email at email@example.com within three (3) days of arrival of the item(s), and you must include photos of the damaged or defective items. Our top priority is happy customers. We will proceed with rectifying this situation, if it arises, as we see fit, on a case-by-case basis.
Pretty Neutral is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information shows us that the package has been delivered. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.
Refused or undeliverable items are subject to return shipping costs and vary by carrier. You will be responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping costs and shipping costs associated with redelivery of the items.
At this time we do not offer order cancellations.
Pretty Neutral reserves the right to refuse returns and ship items back to you if you fail to meet the requirements of this Return Policy. In this instance, you will be charged an additional shipping fees.
